MIAA Division 4 State Meet Well Attended by the Mohawk Ladies This Season

The MIAA Division 4 State Meet was held this past Saturday, May 31st at Durfee High School in Fall River. This season, 9 ladies from the Millis Mohawks qualified and 8 attended representing the team. Millis has not sent this many female athletes to the state level meet in several years making this year a notable accomplishment! The lady Mohawks have been preparing for this meet for weeks with some grueling workouts. Their hard work has paid off this season! There was some tough competition - see below for the results.

Irene Koistinen 13th Place - 100M 13.29

Parousia Cruz 14th Place - 400M 63.98

Nathalie Good 14th Place - 2 Mile 12:34 (A PR for this season!)

Katy Golden 19th Place - 2 Mile 12:48

Taylor White 13th Place - 400M Hurdles 72.94

Theresa Cerullo 10th Place - Discus 99-01

                           13th Place - Javelin 93-07

4x400 Relay Team - 21st Place with a time of 4:36.84
