A Trip to Wheaton College

This past Monday, Millis took on Norton at the Wheaton College Haas Athletic Center. The Haas Center has a 200-meter indoor track which is bigger than the typical Holliston and Hopkinton facilities that are used. We are really excited that this facility has been added to our league's schedule this year.

In the weeks leading up to this meet, the team worked vigorously in hopes to achieve some personal records and score some serious points against Norton. Millis put up a good fight but was unable to bring home a win against the Lancers. However, the team's hard work paid off as several athletes were able to achieve personal records during their races. Our girls 4x400 relay team ran their fastest time clocking in at 4:35 and qualified for the Coaches Invitational Meet which is this Saturday, January 25th, at the Reggie Lewis Center in Boston.
